1. Tattoo Deposits
• All deposits for tattoo appointments are non-refundable.
• Deposits can be transferred to reschedule an appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice or a no-show will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
2. Products (e.g., aftercare items, apparel)
• Refunds and Exchanges:
• Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
• Non-Returnable Items:
• Due to hygiene reasons, opened aftercare products are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Gift Cards
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
4. Custom Artwork
• Payments for custom artwork (e.g., sketches or designs) are non-refundable, as these are personalized services.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Reschedule
